Customer Reviews
My pup loves the Lamb Morsels!
I got a pretty good deal on my first order of ZEAL PET Lamb Morsels for Dogs, which was awesome. My dog absolutely devours this stuff! The only tiny thing is I wish their site gave clearer instructions on how to store the air-dried food; I had to look it up separately.
Good quality, delivery was okay
I recently ordered the Air-dried Beef Jerky for my dog. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, I found what I needed quickly. Delivery took about 5 business days, which was within their estimated window, but not super fast. The jerky itself seems to be high quality, my dog really enjoyed it and it didn't upset his stomach, which is great because he's a bit sensitive. The packaging was secure. I had a quick question about storage, and their customer support responded to my email within a day with helpful instructions. Overall, a solid experience for a premium product.
Puppy food is a hit!
I got the Puppy Food for my new little guy and he absolutely devours it! He has so much energy now. The ingredients look so good, I almost want to try it myself! I'm so glad I found this brand. Will definitely be getting more when this bag runs out and telling my friends with puppies!
Consistently good food
This is my third time ordering from ZEAL PET, always for the Air-dried Dog Food. This time it was the Lamb Morsels. They're consistently good quality and my dog never has any issues with digestion. Delivery is always reliable, usually within 4-5 days, which is what I expect. I keep coming back because I know what I'm getting, and it works for my dog. No surprises, which is what I like in a pet food supplier.
My cat loved it!
Got some of that Adult Cat Food for my picky eater. She usually turns her nose up at new stuff, but she actually ate this! It arrived pretty fast too, like a few days after I ordered. Easy peasy. Happy cat, happy me.
Decent value for first buy
I was looking for a new high-protein cat food and found ZEAL PET. I decided to try the High Protein Cat Food. I got a first-order discount which made the price much more manageable. Without it, it would have been a bit steep for me. The portion size in the bag seems fair for what I paid. My cat seems to like it, so I feel like it was worth trying out, especially with the savings.
Mostly good, one small issue
I bought the Salmon and Turkey Air-dried Food for my dog. The food quality seems excellent, and my dog took to it immediately. The ingredients list was impressive, and I appreciate the ethical sourcing. Shipping was quick, arrived in three days. My only minor gripe was that the bag was a bit hard to reseal perfectly every time, which is a small detail but can be annoying for keeping freshness. Customer service was not needed, so I can't comment there. Overall, a positive purchase and I'd likely buy again.

are the ingredients actually ethically sourced? like, no factory farming stuff, especially for the beef and lamb?
what's the deal with returns if my cat just absolutely refuses to eat it? like, can I send it back even if it's opened?
can you sign up for a recurring order and save some money? my dog goes through food fast.
thinking about trying the salmon and turkey air-dried stuff, but also heard good things about Ziwi Peak. anyone tried both and have a preference?
is the first order discount automatic or do i need a code for it? don't wanna miss out on that sweet 10% off.
